Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a professional Server to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume, fine-dining environment. You will anticipate guest needs, present menus, handle orders in the POS system, and coordinate with Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of server experience, with a preference for Fine Dining and strong cocktail knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in Fine Dining preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions for all food and beverage items.
• Inform guests of all specials and prices, and note allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Ensure delivery of all food and beverages to guests.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and work as a team with colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partner venues.
