Tao Group Hospitality in New York, NY is seeking an experienced server to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Experience in Fine Dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and regions required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide professional service.
• Present menus and answer questions about items and specials.
• Solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Enter orders accurately in POS and handle payments.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean stations and assist team members as a must.
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards.
