Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Cook B to support all culinary operations under the Executive Culinary Team in a fast-paced, premium services environment. You will prepare cold and hot foods, sauces, stocks, and entrees, while maintaining quality and sanitation standards across multiple stations and events.

The role requires 2-3 years of cooking experience in high-volume settings, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of cooking and food prep experience in the food service industry.
• Experience in premium services, catering, and concessions
• Experience in sports/entertainment venue or high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and management
• Flexibility to work extended hours, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with strong culinary skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude while following directions from culinary management.
• Execute station requirements on time and to specification.
• Follow recipes and cook to desired specifications.
• Prepare cold foods, sauces, stocks, and stocks with minimal supervision.
• Prepare hot foods and operate related equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Rotate to other service locations as needed.
• Assist with daily ordering and coordination with purchasing.
• Ensure high quality products are served and sanitation standards are met.
