Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a qualified cook to prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing food revenues. You will work in a high-energy venue, maintain safety and sanitation, and deliver consistent, high-quality meals.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree or completed an accredited apprenticeship with 2–3 years of cooking experience in premium foodservice, ServSafe certification, strong communication, and the flexibility to work late

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred; 2–3 years cooking experience in contract foodservice.
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship with experience in premium services, catering, or concessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service and leadership.
• Ability to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space to satisfy guests and maximize revenue.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in line with County Health and Legends policies.
• Provide efficient service and maintain positive customer relations through clear communication.
• Ensure equipment is operational and properly cleaned; rotate to other locations when needed.
• Review tasks with supervision and adapt to changes in business levels.
