Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Restaurants Supervisor for Moda Center to oversee daily dining operations during events and games. You will supervise serving staff, ensure proper use of POS systems, and maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dining staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working in loud, high-volume environments.
• Proven supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions by reviewing menus and production needs.
• Supervise dining staff and ensure proper use of systems and tools.
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and on-hand products.
• Assist Premium Department with monthly inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per rules.
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment.
