Job summary

Levy is seeking an Event Supervisor to lead guest service at stadium events. You will meet directors before shifts, supervise staff, learn the menu, and ensure timely food delivery while following safety guidelines. This role requires physical stamina to engage with guests across long event days.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising event staff and coordinating with directors.
• Knowledge of menu offerings and ability to communicate them to guests.
• Understanding and enforcing food safety guidelines throughout events.

Responsibilities

• Meet with event directors before the start to review details.
• Ensure food/beverage presentation and quality throughout the event.
• Supervise hourly staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in the POS system.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown within timelines.
• Maintain appearance guidelines and manage inventory and costs.
