Job summary

Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our Clubhouse Restaurants. You will greet guests, take orders, describe menu and wine options, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, polished service.

The ideal candidate has prior luxury dining experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

Two years of restaurant experience in fine dining is preferred.
Must be detail oriented, accurate, possess good organizational abilities and be capable of multi-tasking.
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare tables for dining by setting cloths, decorations, candles, napkins and utensils.
Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by offering cocktails and describing the menu.
Record patrons' choices and dietary needs; transmit orders to bar and kitchen.
Maintain table settings, replenish utensils, and ensure timely service of courses.
Describe and pour wine tableside and perform basic side-work as directed by management.
Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies and follow grooming standards.
