Qualifications

• Two years of fine dining restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Strong oral communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Country club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with menu selections and wine pairings.
• Set tables with dishes, decorations, and utensils.
• Record orders accurately and communicate dietary needs.
• Maintain table settings and replenish drinks as needed.
