You will be the welcoming face of the community and an operational partner, delivering a premium living experience while ensuring seamless operations in collaboration with Community Management.

Drive occupancy and revenue through targeted leasing, follow-up, and consultative selling. Build strong resident relationships, manage CRM records, and coordinate events and marketing programs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measurable sales success in high-velocity environments.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with pipeline management and follow-up.
• Ability to deliver exceptional resident experience and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading onsite team and ensure operations comply with standards and regulations.
• Drive occupancy and revenue by meeting leasing goals and KPIs.
• Manage CRM records, lead activity and pipeline health.
• Deliver concierge-level resident experiences and plan events.
