Job summary

Cortland is seeking a Community Relations Manager in Fort Worth to blend resident engagement with strong business support. You will lead onsite teams, ensure premium living experiences, and drive occupancy while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.

You will use consultative selling to close leases, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver concierge-level service. The role requires a strong focus on relationships, events, and community advocacy in a premium multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measurable sales success in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments such as multifamily, luxury retail, hospitality, timeshare, premium automotive, or premium lifestyle services
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team with Community Manager/Senior Community Manager to ensure daily operations meet standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular community inspections including vacant units, make-ready apartments, and model homes
• Drive occupancy and revenue by meeting leasing goals and KPIs
• Nurture relationships with residents and prospects, guiding them through the leasing process
• Maintain CRM records and report on lead activity and pipeline health
• Represent the community with premium service and brand alignment
