Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior housekeeping/caretaking/janitorial experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly lobbies, office areas, elevators, entryways and hallways.
• Assist with leasing duties including conducting tours and completing paperwork.
• Assist with property marketing and advertising needs.
• Assist with lease renewals, inspections, and communication with residents.
• Maintain laundry and storage rooms in pristine condition.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas as needed.
• Clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new residents.
• Manage trash and grounds cleanliness, including winter snow removal.
• Perform necessary repairs to improve property quality.
• Care for supplies and equipment inventory.
• Interact positively with residents and maintain professionalism.
