Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Nashville seeks a Premium Clubs Manager to lead the clubs department operations at Bridgestone Arena on event days. You will hire, train, and supervise the food and beverage team, partner with venue leadership, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This full-time role requires a minimum of two years in hospitality management, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train food and beverage team members for the clubs department.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the club F&B team on event days; provide feedback.
• Partner with front- and back-of-house management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain guest relations and uphold quality assurance standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures; ensure equipment repairs as needed.
• Prepare monthly projection reports and manage cash, inventory, and payroll systems.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Clubs Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Clubs Manager, you will oversee the operations of the clubs department at Bridgestone Arena on event days. What will you do?

• Hire and train food and beverage team members for the clubs department
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the club food and beverage team members and operation on event days; provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
• Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
• Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
• Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
• Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
