Delaware North at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN, seeks a Concessions Manager to lead and oversee concessions operations. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced venue environment and a commitment to safety, compliance, and guest service.

You will supervise staff, manage hiring and training, ensure accurate cash handling and inventory, and produce sales and operations reports. This position offers growth within a respected hospitality leader and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment.
• No college degree required.
• Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data.
• Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems.

• Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department.
• Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment, and EEO.
• Ensure cash handling and inventory level processes are effective.
• Prepare sales and operational reports as required.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Concessions Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As Concessions Manager, you will effectively lead and oversee the concessions operations at Bridgestone Arena.
