Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Suite Catering Attendants to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. You will stock, serve, and attend to guests in luxury suites and ensure smooth operation during events.

Position offers part-time hours with weekly pay, training opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. You may also receive health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, parental leave, assistance programs, and certification reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as suite runner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event.
• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol.
• Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event.
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred.
