Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN is seeking a Premium Clubs Manager to lead the clubs department on event days. You will hire and train the F&B team, schedule and supervise operations, and coordinate with management to ensure seamless guest experiences and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, inventory control, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making, with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality management experience.
• Strong managerial and team-building skills.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train food and beverage team members for the clubs department.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the club food and beverage team members and operation on event days; provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members.
• Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members.
• Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained.
• Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment.
• Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place.
