Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Concessions Manager to lead concessions operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

You will hire, train, and schedule team members, monitor cash handling and inventory, and generate sales/operational reports to support venue success.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food service.
• No college degree required.
• Experience with inventory distribution and POS systems.

• Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department.
• Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Concessions Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As Concessions Manager, you will effectively lead and oversee the concessions operations at Bridgestone Arena.
