Job summary

Delaware North at UBS Arena is seeking an experienced Premium Club Manager to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New Jersey. You will partner with our leadership to enhance the operations of the Clubs department and deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role requires at least three years in a high-volume restaurant or premium experience, strong food knowledge, and proven ability to lead and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or premium experience preferably in a sports and entertainment atmosphere.
• Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with staff.
• No degree required

• Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment with Delaware North programs
• Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
• Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,300 – $88,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
