Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY, seeks a full-time Premium Services Supervisor to oversee premium club concessions, bars, table restaurant service, and in-seat service. You will support the Premium Club Manager in day-to-day operations and guest experience.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume front-of-house setting and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position, in a high volume environment, required.
• Previous experience with a POS system.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.
• Good leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks.
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates premium club staff, including training on company and departmental standards and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Premium Club Manager.
• Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests’ questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked and safe area. Immediately reports any low inventory and safety and maintenance issues.
• Completes and assists staff with opening and closing duties as outlined according to departmental standards.
• Assists department manager with scheduling, timekeeping, ordering and inventory control.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Premium Services Supervisor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Premium Services Supervisor you will assist the Premium Club Manager in the operation of the premium club concessions, bars, table restaurant service, and in-seat service.

Pay

$21.00 - $23.00 / hour

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of suite
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
