Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an experienced Club Food and Beverage Manager for UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. You will partner with our leadership team to enhance the Clubs department’s operations and deliver memorable guest experiences during events in a premium sports and entertainment setting.

The role offers base salary of $66,300–$88,400 per year, plus an annual bonus plan and potential role-based incentive.

• Minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume restaurant or premium sports/entertainment venue.
• Strong food knowledge across varied menus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff.
• No degree required.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an experienced Club Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New Jersey. As a Club Food and Beverage Manager, you will partner with our leadership team to enhance the operations of the Clubs department, offering memorable experiences to our guests.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,300 - $88,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
