Zusammenfassung

Bluehost is seeking a Premium Technical Support professional to serve as the primary OCI technical contact for premium customers. You will troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and cloud platform services, and manage critical incidents end-to-end.

You will onboard new premium customers, review architectures, and guide IAM, networking, DNS, load balancers, storage configurations, monitoring, and backups. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential for success.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert troubleshooting for infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud platform services.
• Manage critical technical incidents from initial response through resolution.
• Coordinate complex issues across engineering, operations, security, networking, and product teams.
• Own customer communications throughout the lifecycle of major incidents.
• Lead technical onboarding for new premium customers.
• Review customer architecture and deployment plans.
• Assist customers with OCI tenancy configuration, IAM, networking, DNS, load balancers, storage, monitoring, and backup strategies.
• Validate production readiness before launch.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive customer success plans for strategic accounts.
• Recommend automation opportunities and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
