Adams Brown LLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the technical success of a defined client group, coordinating resources and guiding Client Engineers to deliver reliable, secure environments aligned with standards.

You will lead escalations, drive projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Help Desk, Proactive Services, and Consulting to improve client satisfaction and reduce recurring issues.

• Experience leading client-facing technical initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and incident response skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to Client Engineers and manage escalations.
• Own standards adherence and coordinate projects across client groups.
• Mentor engineers and ensure documentation and support handoff.
• Deliver projects correctly, on time, with minimal client disruption.
• Monitor client health, address recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Help Desk, Proactive Services, and Consulting to reduce support demand.
