Job summary

OVHcloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers in the United States. You will guide successful adoption of OVHcloud infrastructure and services, align customer goals with solutions, and manage delivery across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.
• Experience guiding cloud or IT transformation programs for large customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain executive relationships across enterprise accounts.
• Align customer goals with OVHcloud solutions and manage delivery milestones.
• Maintain accurate schematics of customer environments during migration and transformation.
• Provide guidance on timelines, milestones, and success metrics for major initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Support and Leadership to ensure customer success.
• Maintain knowledge of OVHcloud products, roadmap, and future direction.
• Balance competing requests while ensuring clear communication and prioritization.
• Provide product feedback from customer use cases and adoption blockers.
• Advise on best practices and drive adoption and expansion within accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and internal reviews with customers.
