Job summary

Penske Entertainment seeks a Client Services Intern for the IMS College Program in Indianapolis, IN. You will support premium experiences during Month of May at IMS, handling suite, hospitality operations, and client requests from pre-event prep to event execution.

Role involves collaboration across departments, on-site responsibilities, and a focus on delivering top-tier fan experiences during the Indianapolis 500 and Brickyard Weekend. Hybrid/remote is not an option; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or hospitality support is plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in coordinating hospitality, suite, vending/display, and client elements for IMS events.
• Provide timely responses to Client Services email inbox and phone lines.
