Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL is expanding in Florida and seeking driven sales representatives to cover Tampa and the wider Florida market. You will own the territory, visit cigar shops and lounges, and close new accounts with strong relationship management.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of B2B field sales in consumer goods, a network of Florida cigar retailers, and comfort as an independent contractor with commission-based pay. English fluency is required; Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience with physical products.
• Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods.
• Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Based in or near Tampa, FL.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory across Tampa and the wider Florida market.
• Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers.
• Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management.
• Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store.
• Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity.
• Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team.
