Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL in Florida is expanding and seeking experienced sales representatives who know the South Florida market, own relationships, and can close deals in cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers.

You will conduct in-person store visits, open and protect accounts, deliver product presentations, and manage relationships while reporting activity in our CRM; this role emphasizes performance, independence, and commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience with physical products.
• Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury goods is preferred.
• Strong network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Based in or near Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
• Independent contractor with commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory across South Florida and wider Florida market.
• Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month to cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers.
• Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong relationship management.
• Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store.
• Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity.
• Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team.
