Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality or service-centric experience.
• POS and/or computer skills required.
• Cigar knowledge a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Track record of meeting sales and operational goals.
• Adaptable with energy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience in humidor and lounges as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive results and exceed sales and KPI goals.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Support store operations and corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient manner.
• Follow all SOPs and regulatory requirements; maintain brand standards.
