Casa de Montecristo in Houston is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges. You will build relationships, explain product features and promotions, and work as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals.

The role requires prior retail or service experience, POS/computer skills, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Cigar knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service-centric environments.
• POS and/or computer skills required.
• Cigar knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive sales and KPI results as part of a collaborative team.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in complete store operations and support corporate initiatives.
• Follow all SOPs and comply with state and local regulations.
• Maintain brand image and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
