Job summary

Casa de Montecristo in Selma, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to cultivate guest relationships and deliver operational excellence within our cigar lounge and humidor. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, share product knowledge, and help drive daily sales.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-first attitude. Prior retail or hospitality experience is valued, along with a passion for premium cigars.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Strong team player with a track record of supporting store goals.
• Proven customer service mindset and ability to deliver a stellar guest experience.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service-centric environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounge, representing the Casa de Montecristo brand.
• Build relationships with customers and clearly communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive sales and KPI performance as part of a team.
• Develop knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products and offerings.
• Assist in store operations and execute corporate initiatives efficiently.
