Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience and drive sales in our New York location. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and model Lindt standards in all interactions.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays, physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to store procedures. Previous retail experience is preferred, with a passion for premium chocolate and customer service.

Qualifications
