• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales goals and KPIs.
• Model Lindt standards through dress code, up-selling and sales focus.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly and professionally.
• Take initiative to restock shelves, monitor date codes and pricing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform store maintenance as directed.
• Comply with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
