Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong math, communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable performing varied retail guest-service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and checkout handling.
• Assist with stock, shelf presentation and pricing per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of store areas.
• Operate cash handling and credit card processes per procedures.
• Assist with merchandise stocking and front-end operations.
• Support topping and fountain stations as needed; help with up-sell opportunities.
• Record and relay guest requests and product knowledge to improve experience.
