Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Perform cashiering and credit-card processing per company procedures.
• Assemble proprietary retail items per recipe guidelines.
• Maintain stock on sales floor and back stock; restock as needed.
• Ensure all product is priced and signed per guidelines; maintain displays.
• Gift-wrap items for sale per standards; maintain fountain area.
• Keep fountain and condiment supplies stocked and clean.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and back-of-house spaces.
