Job summary

Ghirardelli's Hollywood location is seeking a part-time Retail Hourly Associate to merchandise, stock and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium chocolate store.

The role includes cashiering, candy making, stocking, pre-packing, and fountain duties with opportunities for up-selling; must be high-energy, reliable, and able to work nights and weekends. Starting pay rate is $18.00/hr plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience desirable for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Manage cash handling and credit card processing per procedures.
• Stock and merchandise items, maintain pricing and displays.
• Gift-wrap items per guidelines and standards.
• Maintain fountain area, cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Operate and maintain candy making and fountain duties as needed.
• Perform topping and scooping tasks as required.
