Job summary

Ghirardelli Santa Monica is hiring a Restaurant & Retail Associate to join our premium chocolate team. This part-time role focuses on guest service, cashiering, stocking, candy making, and fountain duties in a vibrant shop environment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus tips, with holiday pay, an employee discount, and a quarterly bonus opportunity. Shifts may include evenings and weekends; 18+ and prior retail experience are helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prev retail experience desirable.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and cashiering.
• Stock merchandise and assist with fountain duties.
• Assist in candy making and pre-packing.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain product signage.
• Wrap and present items according to guidelines.
