Job summary

Ghirardelli in San Francisco is seeking Retail Hourly Associates to deliver exceptional guest service and operate cashier functions. Earn starting pay of $19.61/hr with tips, holiday pay, and employee perks such as a 50% discount and free sundae or shake on shifts.

As representatives of the brand, associates stock, price, sign, and display products, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Prior retail experience is a plus, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance applies to employment.
• Vaccination for COVID-19 may be required for SF-based employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Stock and merchandise on the sales floor and back stock.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Upsell and promote the Premium Chocolate line.
• Support Fountain and Candy making duties as needed.
