Job summary

The position requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with potential bonuses. Local authorization to work in the United States is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales goals and KPIs.
• Demonstrate Lindt standards in dress code, upselling and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly.
• Manage cash handling, POS, paperwork and vendor logs.
• Restock shelves, monitor date codes and pricing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform maintenance as directed.
• Comply with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
