Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our Lindt Chocolate Shops across the U.S. The role emphasizes delivering a premium in-store experience, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. You must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays to help meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and Lindt-specific selling skills to reach sales targets.
• Meet or exceed sales goals including ADS and conversion metrics.
• Model Lindt standards in dress code and selling focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize resources to optimize selling activity.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves; monitor date codes and pricing.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
