Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our U.S. Lindt Chocolate Shops team. You will create a premium in-store experience for customers, applying product knowledge and a passion for our brand to every interaction.

The role emphasizes sales excellence, accuracy in merchandising, and adherence to store standards. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; compensation starts at $16.00–$17.00 per hour with potential bonuses.

• Contribute to the store's sales by providing high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals such as ADS, conversion and KPIs.
• Model Lindt standards through dress code, up-selling and selling focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and use resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and expedite customer or product issues to management promptly.
• Take ownership of operational standards and controls.
• Cash management (POS, paperwork, logs, policies).
• Restock shelves, check date codes and pricing.
• Perform store maintenance and maintain cleanliness.
• Comply with QA policies and procedures.
