Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. seeks a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers and to drive sales through product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.

You will join Lindt Chocolate Shops across the United States, working nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a goal-driven team. Prior retail experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
• Demonstrate understanding and commitment to the store's sales mission.
• Maintain Lindt standards through dress code, up-selling and focus on sales.
• Promote current marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and elevate customer or product issues to management.
