Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our premium chocolate shop team. You will create a positive in-store experience for customers, share product knowledge, and help drive daily sales by delivering outstanding service and recommendations.

The role requires a friendly, energetic approach, ability to handle transactions, and a willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a high school diploma completing the profile.

Qualifications
