Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team and help deliver a premium Lindt experience to customers across our shops, leveraging product knowledge and engaging service.

The role requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a willingness to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods. Prior retail experience is preferred and a passion for chocolate helps you shine.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and Lindt product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to the store's sales plan and meet key performance indicators.
• Uphold Lindt standards in dress code, upselling, and selling focus.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly.
