Lindt USA invites applications for a part-time Retail Store Chocolate Advisor in Princeton, NJ. You will deliver premium customer service, share product knowledge, and support store sales goals while representing the Lindt brand.

Candidates should have high school education, strong math skills, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus; training provided to ensure a standout Lindt experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Upsell and promote current marketing programs to meet store targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized shelves; monitor pricing and dates.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and paperwork according to policies.
