Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Experience: Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales: contribute to the store's sales plan with high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales goals such as ADS, conversion and KPIs.
• Model Lindt standards in dress code, upselling and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor customer or product issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Assist with store operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Take initiative on stock replenishment, pricing, and vendor logs.
