Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team. You will create a premium customer experience, share product knowledge, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Lindt.

Key duties include meeting sales goals, up-selling, maintaining store standards, handling POS transactions, and supporting inventory and merchandising. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or counting skills for transactions.
• Able to take direction and execute tasks effectively.
