Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a positive, engaging in-store experience for customers across Lindt Chocolate Shops in the United States. Bring passion for our premium chocolate and strong customer service to every interaction.

You will contribute to sales goals, demonstrate product knowledge, manage POS transactions, help restock, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to help customers and meet sales goals.
• Take ownership of cash management and POS responsibilities.
• Restock shelves, monitor pricing and date codes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to QA policies.
• Assist with marketing programs and promotions.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
