Job summary

Ghirardelli in Anaheim is hiring a Restaurant/Retail Associate to perform all restaurant and retail duties, merchandise and stock, and deliver exceptional guest service while selling premium chocolate.

Applicants should be 18+, energetic, reliable, and able to work all shifts including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $21.50/hr, with 1.5x holiday pay, a free sundae or shake on every shift, a 50% employee discount, and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Experience in retail or food service is desirable.
• Strong guest service mindset with reliability and energy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist customers.
• Merchandise, stock, and maintain product displays.
• Handle cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards on floor and back stock.
• Share product knowledge and upsell premium chocolate.
