Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a part-time Chocolate Advisor for our Bloomington, MN location. You will deliver a premium in-store experience, share Lindt product knowledge, and engage customers with a passion for chocolate.

The role requires excellent customer service, basic math for transactions, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a starting pay of $15-$16.50 per hour. Prior retail experience in a specialty environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Strive to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, pricing, and stock levels.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash and paperwork, and follow policies.
• Assist with store maintenance and cleaning to ensure a premium shopping environment.
