Lindt USA seeks a part-time Chocolate Advisor for our Bloomington, MN store. You will deliver a premium Lindt experience through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and friendly engagement with shoppers.

You'll work evenings and weekends, assist with inventory, stocking, and POS operations, and contribute to achieving weekly sales goals while upholding Lindt standards of excellence and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge.
• Meet and contribute to weekly sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with stock, shelf replenishment, and POS duties.
