Job summary

Lindt USA in Hanover, MD is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience and showcase Lindt products. You will deliver outstanding service, leverage selling skills, and strive to meet sales targets while representing the Lindt brand with excellence.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is essential. Compensation is $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain Lindt product knowledge.
• Contribute to sales by upselling and addressing customer needs.
• Monitor store operations and ensure cleanliness and order.
• Assist with stock, pricing, and shelf replenishment as needed.
