Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers. You will deliver Lindt product knowledge, assist customers, and contribute to sales goals while maintaining store standards.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on up-selling and adherence to training guidelines. Competitive compensation is offered based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends (Sat and Sun) and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service with demonstrated product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Support achievement of weekly, monthly and annual sales plans.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform stocking and pricing tasks.
• Handle cash/ POS responsibilities and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
